Flash Mob / Flash Photo Event rescheduled
The Flash Mob / Flash Photo event has been RESCHEDULED to this coming Friday, April 29th due to rain last week on Earth Day. Starting at 1:15 pm, people will be moved into Old Stadium and arranged for the picture at 1:30. Please come in green or purple attire! Our idea is to arrange people to stand in an organized fashion so that, from a top-down perspective, they will look like the earth! This is a fantastic opportunity to show your support for an environmentally friendly future and make an impact here at k-state, but we need you all to be there to make that happen! Hope to see you all at the photo!

Celebrate Earth Day!
Come and celebrate Earth Day at K-state! Students for Environmental Action (SEA) will be hosting an Earth Day Celebration in Bosco Plaza (or Union Ballroom if rain) on Friday, April 22nd. Booths from SEA and many other organizations, such as KSU Student farm, ASLA, Horticulture Club, Anthropology Club, K-State Women's Center, Greeks Going Green, Waste Characterization Study, and many more will be out in the plaza at 10:30. Guest speakers will give presentations beginning at 12 and will include Noel Schulz, KSU 1st lady & TCC Chair, Bruce Snead, Manhattan Mayor & TCC Chair, Zack Pistora, SEA President and more! Finally, a massive all-campus photo will take place at Old Stadium. Everyone will gather there at about 1:15 pm and put into position so, from an aerial view, it will look like a globe! Please remember to wear green or purple for the photo. Participants in this years events will also be put into a drawing for an iPad.We've had highly successful events in past years and would love to have you join us on this day of social justice & environmental awareness! Last year 25 groups and 500 people attended this event. This year we aim to have 1000 people in attendance... a historical K-State Earth Day!
